SmartHRIS - User Roles

You have six different user roles to manage all HR functions

  • Team Member : Employee with self login privileges.
  • Team Lead / Manager : Employee with lead / manager privileges. Full access to attendance and leave management of the relevant team.
  • Salary / Payroll Admin : Only for payroll related processing.
  • Time Tracking Admin : Only to manage time tracking and attendnace follow-ups with employees.
  • HR Admin : Only to manage HR related duties (e.g. Manage personal files, Print letters, Update promotions, etc.
  • Super Admin : Full Access to SmartHRIS.
